HOW YOU CAN HELP:

Foster Home Yes No

Provide a loving foster home for our rescue dog(s). We require that you foster for only one rescue at a time.
  If you checked yes above please enter the number and type of animals that you have at home.
Home checks Yes No

Conduct a home check (at a potential adopter's home) and provide feedback to Rudy's.
Reference checks (phone calls) Yes No

Contact references (for potential adoptive families) and provide a reference check back to Rudy's.
Transporting dogs Yes No

Help transport dogs to the Rescue (using your vehicle). A valid drivers license is required
